Here are some of our most frequently asked questions :-

Q. Do you have matching wedding stationery, menus, place cards etc?

Q. How do I order my table/seating plan?

A. Initially we require you to contact us via the enquiry form on our contacts page so that we may discuss your requirements and check availability for production to suit and then send out order forms and information.

Q. When should I order and how do I pay?

A. We advise contacting us as soon as possible to ensure we have a production slot available. Only when you are 100% sure your guest list is confirmed can we make your table plan.

Our preferred method of payment is by cheque or postal order. If you want to pay online via PayPal an additional charge of £2.00 must be paid to cover PayPal processing fees.

Q. Will I get to see my table plan design prior to it being made?

A. Yes, we make a PDF visual of your table plan in your chosen colours, design and text style etc and then email this to you to check and approve prior to production.

Q. How long do table plans take to make and can I change the colours?

A. Yes you may change the colours to suit your scheme. Generally table plans take upto 2 days to make (depending on size and design).

However - we would still require you to contact us sooner so that we can ensure we have a production slot available and also to give us time to order in the materials required for your chosen design.

Q. What are the postage costs and do you post outside of the UK?

A. To UK addresses postage is £10.99 via Parcel Force 48hr "signed for" delivery service which also insures your parcel upto £150 in value.
We can post to countries outside the UK but would need your full address details to be able to quote a price for delivery.

Q. Can you design a table plan especially for me?

A. If you cannot find a design on our website that suits your needs then yes we can design one for you to your requirements.

Q. Can I amend my order?

A. We understand that as well prepared as you may be, guests can change their minds at the last minute so where possible we will endeavour to help if you need a guests name removed or amended. Generally so long as the table plan is not in production or the changes are not too extensive we will help as best we can to alter the table plan. In some cases if the table plan is almost complete or changes are extensive a charge may occur for amending the table plan.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. You may only cancel an order if the table plan has not gone into production and if it is 7 days prior to the agreed production date. A charge may be incurred if materials required to make the table plan have been purchased especially for your design.

Q. Do you offer a framing service?

A. We do not offer a framing service as this would dramatically increase the weight of the parcel and therefore increase postage costs. If you would like your table plan framed you may be better to source this service locally so that postage costs are not incurred and also to avoid having to send glass via post/courier.

Q. Will you disclose my information / private details to any other 3rd parties?

A. We will not share any information the client gives with any third party.

Q. Copyright / permissions:

A. The client is responsible for obtaining permission for printed reproduction of any material, poems, hymns, songs etc that is requested by the client. The client indemnifies Papillon Designs against any action brought against it for breach of a third parties copyright.

Q. Can you add a photograph to a table plan?

A. Yes, this is possible. Please try to give us a good quality photograph to ensure we can make a good reproduction. Photographs of children may only be used with parental consent.
